Jack Hylands
Co-CEO & Co-founder at FourthRev
Role in programme

FourthRev Co-founder, Jack works with pioneering university leaders and technology companies to deliver transformational learning experiences for high-growth job outcomes in the digital economy. 

Founded with Omar de Silva in Melbourne in 2019, FourthRev works with companies including AWS, Salesforce, Tableau and Github, delivering online programmes with universities across Australia, the UK, US and Canada. 

Jack began his career in education as a maths teacher with the TeachFirst programme in London, and his roles in higher education also include CEO of Australian OPM, Ducere, and Head of Strategy & Product at RMIT University Online.


Caroline Rae
Executive Coach & Career Strategist at FourthRev

An early adopter of the 'squiggly career', Caroline has worked in leadership roles in sales and marketing, business and policy partnerships, helping tech founders to start and grow their businesses. 

As an Executive Coach and Career Strategist, she enables people to understand what they are uniquely brilliant at and how to build successful careers they are proud of - i.e. minus all the burnout and self-doubt. 

In her spare time, she’s happy by the ocean or going up a mountain. She is also busy learning how to play the ukulele.


Daniel Cairns
Head of Enrolments at FourthRev

Daniel’s passion for excellence in customer service was ignited in his early career working in 5-star hotels. 

A common theme throughout the executive leadership roles that were to follow in the NGO and Higher Education sectors, he’s always been driven to assist those embarking on life-changing decisions. 

A passion that continues today as FourthRev’s Head of Enrolments, where he’s dead-set on providing a seamless digital experience and instilling a charter of customer service. 

Outside of assisting others and developing the FourthRev Enrolments Team, you will find Daniel on the golf course or spending valuable time with his wife and three children in Melbourne Australia.
